CultureSharing Network is proud to announce that it can develop itself thanks to the Erasmus+ grant!

Thanks to the co-operation between Stowarzyszenie Teatru Planeta M from Poland and Institutul Intercultural Timisoara from Romania, within the Action 2 “Cooperation among organisations and institutions” – Small-scale Partnerships, in the sector “Vocational Education and Training”, we are realizing the two-year project under the title “CultureSharing – European Network for Cultural Mentoring”.

During the implementation period (from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2027) we plan to:

• organize “Mentoring in Practice” workshop in Gdynia, Poland – to deepen the knowledge about mentoring methods and tools, exchange skills and set the network’s next objectives
• organize the set of courses and trainings regarding some specific topics and methods, which might be useful as mentoring tools
• organize an open call for the mentees from Europe and provide mentoring processes to the chosen individuals or/and organizations
• organize one project’s progress meeting in Timisoara, Romania to share the mentoring experiences
• create the consistent mentoring offer, which might be proposed to the other mentees in Europe in the future.

Thanks to the European Union funding CultureSharing can professionalize, expand its scope of activity and enlarge its group with new members.
